Timings : 11 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM (Flexible)

Salary Range : ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum

Experience : Minimum 1 Year in HR

About the Role

Chapter 73 Weddings is a growing creative startup and a premium wedding photography brand.

We are looking for a dedicated HR Specialist who can independently manage HR operations, streamline people processes, and foster a positive, structured company culture.

This role suits someone who enjoys working with people, improving HR systems, and contributing to a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Human Resources

Manage HR systems, policies, and processes.

Handle end-to-end recruitment — job postings, sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and training.

Draft and maintain employee agreements and contracts.

Manage leave policies, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination (HR-side).

Ensure accurate employee records and HR compliance.

Monitor employee performance, coordinate appraisals, and support grievance handling.

Maintain a positive work environment and company culture.

Plan and execute employee engagement activities.

Prepare HR reports and updates for the leadership team.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in HR.

Educational Qualification : Preferably BBA / BBM / MBA (HR), but open to relevant backgrounds.

Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, attendance systems, and basic HR compliance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage processes independently and work collaboratively with teams.

Proficiency in Excel and HRMS tools (preferred but not mandatory).
