Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Study Abroad Student Counsellor at Heralds International in Kochi. The Student Counsellor will be responsible for providing student counseling, career counseling, communication, customer service, and education services on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements

• Student Counseling, Career Counseling and sales skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• 1-3 years Experience in the overseas education industry
• Ability to provide guidance and support to students
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• Must be fluent in English & Malayalam
