The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cash transactions efficiently, handling billing processes, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations. The role requires strong numerical skills, customer service abilities, and a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately while maintaining transaction records.
• Handle billing and invoice generation for guests, ensuring correct charges.
• Reconcile cash drawers and balance accounts at the end of each shift.
• Maintain a secure cash register and follow company policies for financial transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries related to billing and payments.
• Coordinate with front office and accounts teams for smooth operations.
• Keep updated records of daily transactions and report any discrepancies.
• Handle refunds, exchanges, and complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter.
