We are seeking a talented individual to join our Data Analytics & Insight team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

- Work closely to support or lead any project management efforts and sales operations activities, working collaboratively across key MMC stakeholders in the region.
We will count on you to :
Ability to work with large amounts of information and see the ‘bigger picture’.Develop dynamic dashboards that provide insights and visualization into performance relative to KPIs, projections, and historical performance, Identify opportunities for new and existing business with small clients.Establish and help define KPI dashboards used to translate Sales data into insights, identify and prioritize opportunities, and evaluate performance.Own reporting for all daily, weekly and monthly business metrics delivered to senior management team and assist in business assessment and decision-making.Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using PowerBI to analyse sales data and provide actionable insights to the sales team.Multi-tasking on multiple projects on tight timelines occasionally.What you need to have :
3-6 years of progressive experience mining large complex data sets, using a variety of advanced techniques and building storyboarded dynamic dashboardProven experience in sales analytics, data visualization, and reporting using PowerBI& well versed with Power queries, relationships & DAX.Excellent with all the advance functions in Excel including macros.Very good verbal and written communication skills along with strong stakeholder capabilitiesWhat makes you stand out?
