Job Title : Sr. Cloud Specialist / Principle Cloud Engineer – OpenStack & Cloud Platforms

Location : Ahmedabad / Mumbai

Job Summary :

We are seeking skilled Cloud Engineer with a strong understanding of cloud technologies and expertise in architecting, deploying, and managing OpenStack-based private clouds (Red Hat OpenStack Platform / Canonical OpenStack). The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise across cloud-native technologies, hypervisors, automation frameworks, and certifications of any of the public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Oracle).

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead designing, deployment, and lifecycle management of OpenStack private cloud environments (RHOSP or Canonical).
• Evaluate, customize, and integrate services across OpenStack core services : Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance, Keystone, Horizon, Heat, etc.
• Design and implement automation frameworks using Ansible, Heat Orchestration Templates (HOT), and CI / CD for infrastructure deployment.
• Engage in architectural reviews, infrastructure planning, high-availability (HA), scalability and security posture enhancements.
• Advise and guide internal teams and clients on cloud adoption strategies (private, hybrid, and multi-cloud).
• Evaluate and optimize OpenStack compute / storage / networking components and plugins.
• Provide Level 3 / 4 support, technical documentation, and mentoring to engineering teams.
• Stay updated with upstream OpenStack developments and contribute to internal capability building.
