What You’ll Do : Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify HR leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Delivery Managers in IT companies (Product, Services, Captive, and Startups) Curate lists of potential clients aligned to our service offerings Help initiate connections and engagement with key stakeholders Work closely with our leadership team to target the right accounts and roles
Requirements : Proven experience using
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
for B2B lead generation Familiarity with the
IT industry landscape in India Strong understanding of client profiling and segmentation Excellent written communication skills for outreach messaging Experience in
staffing / recruitment business development
is a plus Management graduate is preferred
