Objective of the role :

Sr. Product Managers are key drivers of the team’s mission to provide strategic, actionable insights for product development. They drive the growth for our portfolio of programs with top universities & B-schools like Wharton, Columbia, Stanford, etc. They will use their product expertise to identify opportunities, pitch new product ideas and monitor existing product health.

Reporting Structure and Role Framework :

This incumbent reports directly to the Sr. Associate Director, Product and would be working in an IC role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct detailed research and analyses for new product development, including market feasibility studies, competitor analyses, and product health assessments.
• Source and validate new program topics, ensuring relevance and demand. Develop comprehensive program concepts and proposals, including personas, high-level curricula, learning objectives, delivery methods, and positioning.
• Conduct portfolio discovery sessions and analyses for key University partners and serve as the point-of-contact to Universities and University Partnerships team for product-related questions. Pitch new program concepts and proposals to university partners, addressing any concerns or modifications needed.
• Coordinate with Learning Design, Marketing, and Revenue to assist with efficient hand-offs and knowledge transfer through product design, GTM, and launch.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Revenue, and Design teams to ensure programs remain up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with market needs and organizational objectives.
