Job Title : Full Stack Developer (React + Java / Python / Node.js).

Experience Required : 5-7 Years.

Work Location : Yelahanka, Bangalore (Onsite).

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong background in React (Front End) and Java / Python / Node.js (Back End) technologies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement highly responsive and scalable web applications using React.
Develop robust backend services and APIs using either Java, Python, or Node.js.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI / UX designers, DevOps, and QA to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Ensure code quality, performance, and responsiveness of applications.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and provide technical guidance.
Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and follow best practices for software development.

Required Skills : Front-End :

Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience in component-based architecture and single-page applications.

Familiarity with front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM.

Back-End (any one or more) :

Java : Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture.

Python : Django / Flask, REST APIs, ORM, data processing frameworks.

Node.js : Express.js, REST APIs, asynchronous programming, JWT, and middleware integration.

General Requirements :

Sound understanding of REST architecture and API integrations.

Experience with RDBMS (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and / or NoSQL (MongoDB).

Familiarity with CI / CD, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

5 to 7 years of proven experience in full stack development.

Employment Type : Full-Time (Permanent).

Joining : Immediate to 15 days preferred.
