Job Title : IT Recruiter (Contract) - Six Months

Location : Kerala – Work From Office, Kochi

Contract Duration : Immediate – Join on Monday, 1st December

Salary : ₹35,000 per month

Work Mode : On-site (WFO)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Recruiter (Contract) to join our team and support fast-paced hiring needs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing IT positions within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (junior to senior level).
• Source candidates through job portals, , referrals, networking, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic assessments.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and selection processes.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation support for selected candidates.
• Maintain daily / weekly recruitment trackers and reports.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and project needs.
