Localization Relationship Manager (Client Growth & Retention)
TransnPack Translation Inc. is a certified professional translation company headquartered in Miami, providing legal, medical, financial, and website translation services in 200+ languages for clients worldwide.
We’re hiring a Localization Relationship Manager to take care of our existing clients and grow their accounts over time.
This role is perfect for someone who is client-obsessed, structured, and numbers-aware – you love building long-term relationships and turning satisfied clients into key accounts.
What you’ll be doing
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of localization clients – from daily questions to strategic planning.
- Understand each client’s roadmap (markets, products, content types) and proactively suggest localization solutions that support their goals.
- Coordinate with our project management and production teams to ensure smooth delivery, on-time deliveries, and consistent quality.
- Monitor account performance (volumes, revenues, margins, turnaround times, quality feedback) and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Prepare quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and reports that show value delivered, key metrics, and next-step recommendations.
- Protect and grow the relationship : handle escalations calmly, set clear expectations, and follow up until issues are resolved.

Experience as an Account Manager / Relationship Manager in the localization or translation industry.Strong client-facing communication skills (email, calls, video, presentations).Good understanding of localization workflows and terminology so you can speak both “client language” and “production language.”Organized, comfortable with tracking numbers, and confident using CRM and reporting tools.A mindset of ownership and partnership : you treat each account like a mini business you’re responsible for.Why join us
