We’re looking for a YouTube-native video creator and social media growth hacker intern who can educate, engage, and entertain through smart, snackable, and shareable AI content.

Role Overview

This role is made for a creator with camera presence and the ability to break down complex AI topics into engaging, visual content—especially for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and . You’ll own the end-to-end video content creation pipeline, from ideation to publishing and growth strategy.

You’ll also collaborate with internal product and design teams to translate key features or concepts into relatable, real-world storytelling—building a community of lifelong learners, tech-forward students, and ambitious professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Create Original Video Content : Shoot, edit, and publish short-form and long-form videos that explain, demonstrate, or contextualize AI topics (YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikToks, full explainers).
Develop a Visual Content Strategy : Own and evolve the brand’s tone and content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X.
Grow a Digital Community : Use storytelling, trends, and formats that resonate with learners and future AI professionals.
Educate Through Entertainment : Break down AI tools, workflows, career paths, and use cases into digestible, high-retention content.
Collaborate with Designers & Educators : Work with our internal team to turn AI features, concepts, or tutorials into visual-first learning experiences.
Track Engagement & Optimize : Use analytics to iterate on what performs—test thumbnails, hooks, formats, etc.
Engage in Outreach : Help identify and collaborate with creators, influencers, and micro-educators in AI and tech.

You Might Be a Fit If You Are

A YouTube-first creator, video podcaster, or educator with a strong on-camera presence

Passionate about making AI concepts understandable and exciting for non-experts

Skilled in video creation tools like Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Descript, Canva, etc.

Familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, RunwayML, and their real-world use cases

Comfortable scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing across multiple platforms

Have a track record of growing personal or branded YouTube / TikTok / IG / channels

Bonus : Worked in or adjacent to the edtech, creator economy, or tech marketing spaces
