Role Overview
We are hiring a
Customer Success Intern
who can work closely with international clients and technical teams. This role requires a
tech-savvy individual
who can understand AI-driven workflows, communicate project requirements clearly, and ensure seamless delivery of IT / AI solutions.
You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between clients and internal engineering teams.

Stipend - Paid
Duration - 3 months
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication with US-based clients regarding project progress, requirements, and deliverables.
Conduct technical project check-ins, understand client expectations, and translate requirements into structured tasks for tech teams.
Coordinate with AI engineers, developers, and delivery teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor deployment progress of AI Agents and automation workflows.
Prepare professional documentation : meeting minutes, reports, follow-ups, and technical summaries.
Maintain and update CRM, project trackers, and internal systems.
Identify risks, delays, or escalations and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them quickly.
Contribute to improving customer success processes, onboarding flows, and delivery operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to interact confidently with US-based international clients.
Strong understanding of
IT services, SaaS, AI concepts, or workflow automation .
Good analytical skills and the ability to understand technical requirements.
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multitask.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
Quick learner with interest in AI, IT, and emerging technologies.
Preferred / Nice to Have
Previous internship experience in
customer success, technical support, IT services, or project coordination .
Understanding of APIs, automation tools, or basic AI / ML concepts.
Experience using tools like
Slack, Zoho, HubSpot, Jira , or any CRM platform.
Familiarity with IT workflows, ticketing systems, or project management tools.
Flexible to work in overlapping US shifts when needed.
Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to think in a structured manner.
