Job Summary :  We are seeking a proactive and diligent Maintenance Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our Port Pirie operation. You will be instrumental in assisting with the coordination and execution of the maintenance plan across the our Smelting Department. This developmental role is a stepping stone to a future Superintendent position, with training and work experience plans tailored to ensure your success.

Your Role :

• Coordinating contract services for plant maintenance alongside the planning department.
• Aiding in shutdown planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Supporting the superintendent with daily operations.
• Assisting project and capital teams within your department.
• Promoting equipment operational excellence and cost-effective solutions.
• Upholding safety standards and contributing to plant management strategy development.
• Acting as Superintendent during their absence when required.
