Roles and Responsibilities :
Responsible for preparing Presentation decks for high-level IT Governance meetings like IT
Strategy to the Board, IT Steering Committee and IT Operating reviews.
Prepare and articulate minutes of the meetings (Governance meetings) from the recordings or
notes.
Track, update, and constant monitoring of all action trackers for governance meetings helping all
stakeholders daily.
Govern and follow-ups for Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) related questionnaires and
other requirements for TPRM governance and compliance.
Connect / Coordinate with process owners and resolve their queries regarding the TPRM
Responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and directing all the basic activities / projects.
Conducting research, attending meetings / workshops, and diligently carry out cross functional
coordination.
Interact with the business leaders, project managers and vendor partners to extract information.
Responsible to create trackers, reports, dashboards etc. and update it on a regular basis.
Must be open to Ad-hoc activities / small projects / initiatives and additional responsibilities.
