Job descriptionPursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and basic networking concepts. Familiarity with Windows / macOS environments. Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of Active Directory, Office 365, or cloud systems. Experience with ticketing systems (e.G., JIRA, ServiceNow). Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals. Basic scripting / programming exposure (Python, PowerShell, etc.). Hands-on exposure to real IT infrastructure and support operations. Opportunity to work on impactful IT projects. Internship certificate and potential for future full-time opportunities.
IT Intern
QpiVolta Technologies Pvt Ltd . is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to support our IT department in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving our hardware, software, and network systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Help with system updates, patches, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Support IT team in managing user accounts, access permissions, and security protocols.
- Troubleshoot network issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and inventory information.
- Assist in setting up workstations, conference rooms, and IT equipment for new employees.
- Participate in IT improvement projects, research tasks, and process automation initiatives.
