Product Manager (Mid to Senior) -  AI x Healthcare

Noida (Hybrid) |  4-8 Years Experience | Startup Hustle Required

About Medx.ai

We're on a mission to fix the broken backend of dental clinics in the US, starting with revenue cycle management. Sounds boring? It’s not. We’re building a smart, AI-first platform that automates the entire workflow using conversational UI, AI agents, and RPA.

Think : less manual work, more intelligence.

We're a small but ambitious team based out of Noida, and we're looking for a Product Manager who’s not afraid to get into the weeds, own problems, and build from scratch.

What You'll Do

  • Own features and products end-to-end -  from idea to launch (and all the chaos in between).
  • Understand how dental clinics operate and build tools to make their lives easier.
  • Prioritize what really matters - no overthinking, just real execution.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business to move fast.
  • Shape the direction of our AI agents - yes, actual agentic workflows, not just chatbots.
  • Get your hands dirty in user feedback, process mapping, dashboards, and product growth.
  • Basically, be the one who figures out the "how" when everyone else is stuck on the "what."

You’re a Great Fit If…

  • You’ve got 4–8 years of product management experience.
  • You’ve worked in (or survived) startups before - you get the chaos and can bring clarity.
  • You’ve taken ideas from 0 to 1 -  built stuff that’s been used in the real world.
  • You're curious about (or already playing with) AI, agents, automation, or similar tools.
  • You don’t wait for instructions. You figure stuff out, make calls, and move forward.
  • You’re structured when needed, and scrappy when it matters.
  • Strong communicator -  can simplify things for tech and biz folks alike.

    • Skills We’re Looking For

  • End-to-end product ownership
  • Comfortable with AI-first thinking  -  agents, prompts, LLMs, etc.
  • Obsessive about UX and solving user pain
  • Tools : Jira, Figma, Notion, Mixpanel, Postman, Excel -  or whatever works
  • Agile mindset, but not process-heavy
  • Bonus : exposure to US healthcare or RCM (not mandatory)
