Certificate III in Investigative Services and
- Relevant licenses to conduct investigations across the East Coast of Australia.

As a Factual Investigator at Clarity , you serve as a linchpin in our investigative endeavors within the field of personal injuries. Your role is instrumental in harnessing investigative acumen to uphold Clarity’s standards of excellence and integrity. In this capacity, you will leverage your expert understanding of investigative methodologies to conduct and undertake factual investigations for our clients.
Reporting directly to the National Manager – Factual Investigations and Team Leaders – Factual investigations, you will foster robust collaboration with the Clarity Team and counterparts from sister brands within the Group, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and fostering a culture of investigative excellence.

Reporting to the National Manager – Factual Investigations and Team Leaders – Factual Investigations, you will work in collaboration with the Clarity Team, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and fostering a culture of investigative excellence.
Beyond routine duties, you will be entrusted with conducting sensitive and time sensitive investigations. This may encompass discreet inquiries into sensitive claims, handling high-risk matters for clients, and providing support to potential clients undergoing trial engagements with our services.

Ensure that minimum billable targets are met on a quarterly basis.
Provide mentoring and training to your peers to ensure that they are in line with Clarity’s tried and tested systems and processes.Ensure a high level of attention to detail whilst conducting your investigation and completing your report.Identify trends that need to be addressed through training and development.Establish connections with internal and external stakeholders.Job Functions : Assessment
