Automation Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer to develop, maintain, and execute automated testing solutions for API and UI components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern test automation tools like Cypress, Jest, and Postman, and will play a crucial role in enhancing test coverage and integration within CI / CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Cypress and Jest frameworks.
• Design and implement automated API tests utilizing Postman.
• Perform manual and automated testing on API and UI components to ensure quality.
• Create and manage comprehensive test plans, test designs, and detailed test cases.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating with development teams for timely resolution.
• Conduct thorough regression testing to verify bug fixes and ensure stability.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI / CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster releases.
• Analyze test results and generate detailed reports for project stakeholders.
• Continuously improve and optimize test automation frameworks for increased efficiency and coverage.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in test :
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on automation.
• Proven experience in software architecture, design, and development.
• Hands-on expertise with Cypress, Jest, and Postman.
• Experience working within CI / CD environments and integrating automated tests.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
