Responsibilities
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing inside sales team
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive qualified leads, conversions, and revenue
Set and track performance metrics for SDRs and Inside Sales Executives
Drive outbound and inbound sales activities using CRM and automation tools
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align sales strategy
Provide regular forecasting, reporting, and insights to leadership
Qualifications
7 + years of experience in inside sales / B2B sales , with proven team management
Strong understanding of sales funnels, KPIs, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Experience selling SaaS or tech products , preferably in travel or enterprise software
International selling experience
Excellent communication, coaching, and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for growth and results
