About the Role

We’re looking for a visual ninja — someone who lives and breathes design, storytelling, and fast-paced creative execution.

If you can turn briefs into brilliant visuals, edit videos that make people stop scrolling, and bring brand stories alive across sports, events, and media… you’re the one.

You’ll be working across Unified Sports , Merch & Tales , and The Team Ex , creating high-quality content that drives our brand experience, fuels our campaigns, and elevates our storytelling.

What You’ll Do

• Decode design + video briefs and translate them into fresh, high-impact concepts.
• Create stunning graphics, layouts, brand assets, and creative content for social media, websites, campaigns, events, and merchandise stories.
• Edit and produce engaging videos — match highlights, reels, promos, event edits, storytelling pieces, and more.
• Design digital + print materials : posters, banners, brochures, presentations, pitches, and IP branding.
• Maintain strong brand identity across all content while adapting to different visual languages for each company.
• Test, refine, and optimize creatives for multiple platforms and formats.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver crisp, on-time, and high-quality work.
• Stay ahead of design trends, sports media styles, editing aesthetics, and creative technologies.
• Handle multiple projects with ownership, speed, and professionalism.
• (Bonus) Lead a small team or interns and guide them creatively.
