Performance marketing manager

About Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll contribute to the planning and execution of high-performing digital campaigns for our clients across platforms like Facebook, Google, and others.

From media buying and data analysis to content support and reporting, you'll work alongside strategists and creatives to deliver performance-driven outcomes. Occasionally, you may also assist with social media posting and scheduling to ensure alignment with campaign timelines and client deliverables.

Key Skills

• Proficient in advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and others.
• Solid data analysis skills, with a focus on key metrics and data-driven insights.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, content planning, and scheduling.
• Experience contributing to high-performing digital marketing campaigns.
• Exposure to strategic thinking, scale management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Effective communication skills for clear articulation and client presentation.
