Primary Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure solution alignment.
• Support project planning, prioritization, and requirement traceability.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, and actionable insights.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations for stakeholders.
