Financial Controller

We are scouting for AM / DM in the Finance controller team.

Some high level things you would own but not limited to :

• Financial Reporting : Prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations.
• Audit Coordination : Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure timely resolution of findings and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, procedures and guidelines.
• RBI compliance, Direct & Indirect tax compliances.
• Ensure adherence to Identify and mitigate financial risks. Working closely with the finance systems and internal control teams to ensure the design and effectiveness of systems, processes and controls provide a strong and robust environment.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Financial Systems and Tools : Evaluate, select, and implement financial systems, software, and tools. Provide training and support to end users.
• Performance evaluation, and professional development.
• Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness of financial operations.
