Job description
  • We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Warehouse Head to lead and manage the warehouse operations in a leading API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) manufacturing company.
  • The ideal candidate will have 17 to 25 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Expertise in regulatory standards, particularly with USFDA compliance, is a must.
  • This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all warehousing functions, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, safety standards, and timely delivery of high-quality products.

    • Location - Indore (M.P)

    Education : Bachelor's degree in any stream, or a related field.

    A Master's degree or MBA in a relevant discipline is a plus.

    Experience :

    • 17 to 25 years of experience in warehouse management within the pharmaceutical or related industry, with a significant portion of that experience in API manufacturing.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience managing large warehouse teams and complex operations.
    • Strong knowledge of USFDA guidelines, GMP, and other regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Prior experience in implementing inventory control systems and regulatory-compliant warehouse management.

      • Skills & Competencies :

    • In-depth understanding of warehouse management principles, including inventory management, stock rotation, and material handling.
    • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams and interact with senior management.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
    • Ability to handle and resolve complex operational issues effectively
