Overview
We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our HR team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities of a recruiter include identifying future hiring needs designing job descriptions sourcing candidates through databases and social media conducting interviews filing paperwork and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation.
Key Responsibilities 70 TA & 30 others)
- Manage the recruitment process including job postings screening resumes and conducting interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the HR database.
- Assist in design of customized training and development programs.
- Collect and analyze bench-marking data to provide to client.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding candidate information and company matters.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree with at least 2 years experience in Talent Acquisition (MHRD MBA-HR freshers may also apply)Proficient in MS Office Suite HR and ATS software and database management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience with recruitment and selection processes and managing candidates.Basic Knowledge of HR processes and systemsAbility to manage multitask and meet deadlines.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with candidates at all levels.Certification in Human Resources is preferred.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.ms office suite,analytical thinking,talent acquisition,communication skills,interpersonal skills,database management,organizational skills,hr software,ats software,time management,conflict resolution,recruitment,analytical skills
