As an HRBP, you will play a key role in strengthening employee engagement, fostering strong employee relations, and supporting performance excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

Manage end-to-end employee relations, ensuring fair and transparent practices.

Drive the performance management cycle, including goal-setting, reviews, and capability development.

Handle grievance management with sensitivity, confidentiality, and compliance.

Provide guidance to managers on HR policies, processes, and best practices.

Partner closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

What We’re Looking For

7–10 years of HR experience, preferably in HRBP or similar strategic HR roles.

Strong exposure to employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, and grievance handling.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support a dynamic business environment.
