Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and support US Payroll (elements, taxation, GL, costing, retro processing)
- Ensure payroll compliance (FIT, SIT, FUTA, SUTA, W-2, 1099, year-end processing)
- Implement and manage Benefits Plans (Medical, Dental, 401(k), Life Events, Open Enrollment)
- Ensure compliance with ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, IRS, FMLA regulations
- Configure and troubleshoot Payroll Fast Formulas, Benefits Eligibility, and Rate Rules
- Integrate Payroll & Benefits with third-party vendors, ADP, insurance carriers, retirement plans
- Perform SIT, UAT, regression testing and troubleshoot payroll / benefits errors
- Support parallel runs, payroll audits, reconciliations, and compliance reporting
- Train HR & Payroll teams on system functionality and best practices
- Workforce Compensation : Configure compensation plans (merit, bonus, stock), eligibility rules, budgets, pay-for-performance models, and approvals. Ensure payroll integration and compliance with SOX regulations.
- Core HR : Implement work structures, jobs, security roles, employee lifecycle transactions, and HR compliance policies. Maintain HR data integrity and workflows.
- Absence Management : Configure leave policies, accruals, eligibility, carryover, and forfeiture rules. Ensure integration with payroll for accurate payouts.
- Talent Management : Set up talent profiles, succession planning, career development, performance management, and learning integrations. Ensure pay-for-performance alignment with Workforce Compensation.
- Integrations & Reporting : Develop HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI Reports, and ensure seamless integration with Payroll, Performance, and Compensation.
- Testing & Support : Perform SIT, UAT, regression testing, troubleshoot system issues, and provide HR team training and documentation.
Required Skills & Knowledge :
Expertise in Oracle Fusion US Payroll & Benefits, Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Compensation, Core HR, Absence & Talent Management.Strong knowledge of US Payroll Laws, Taxation & Compliance, payroll integrations, HR data models, and compliance regulationsHands-on experience with Payroll Fast Formulas, Benefits Eligibility & Enrollment.Proficiency in HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher Reporting.Experience with Payroll & Benefits Integrations (ADP, Banks, Vendors).Experience with HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas.Hands-on experience with approvals, workflows, security roles, and reporting.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications :
