Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales acumen to identify customer needs, propose appropriate solutions, and close sales. You will work closely with engineering, product development, and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory or market segments
- Understand and articulate the technical features and benefits of our products / services
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to clients
- Prepare and present quotations and proposals tailored to client requirements
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote products and generate leads
- Maintain CRM systems and sales activity reports
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s in Any Degree1–5 years in B2B Sales, Industrial / Heavy Equipment preferredLanguages knownHindi / English plus
Telugu
