Role Overview
We're seeking a proactive Outbound Sales Manager with strong B2B experience in SaaS or fintech. You’ll lead demos for CXOs, own deal closures, and shape outbound strategy for our outbound team
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver product demos to CXOs and independently close deals.
- Strategize and guide outbound outreach for the SDR team.
- Target enterprise accounts (BFSI, fintech, SaaS).
- Use Apollo, Lusha, and Sales Navigator for prospecting.
Requirements
4+ years in B2B sales (SaaS / fintech / product-based firms).Experience handling enterprise clients, especially in BFSI.Strong outbound strategy and demo skills.Familiarity with outbound sales tools.Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
