Job descriptionConduct regular training sessions for teachers on effective teaching methodologies. Train teachers on crafting board-level question papers and marking schemes. Provide strategies to teachers on improving board exam scores for students, including achieving centum. Develop assessment papers in alignment with CBSE board-level expectations. Guide teachers in identifying and supporting struggling students to improve their performance. Track syllabus completion and adherence across schools. Review reading and progress reports of English teachers and provide actionable feedback. Conduct classroom observations to ensure effective teaching practices are being implemented. Travel across branches within the same city as required to ensure quality assurance and provide on-ground support. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English or Education. Proven 4+ years of experience in teaching of grade 9th and 10th students In-depth knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and board examination standards. 2 years of experience as CBSE Board Examination Evaluator. Strong training, mentoring, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Willingness to travel extensively.

This role requires occasional travel across India and within the same city to ensure the implementation of best practices.
