Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to support phone banking operations for a leading private sector bank. This role involves handling customer calls, resolving queries, and offering suitable banking products while ensuring a seamless service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer calls related to banking products & services
- Provide accurate information and ensure timely resolution
- Assist with account-related inquiries, service requests & transactions
- Maintain call logs, compliance standards & data security
- Upsell relevant banking products based on customer needs
- Ensure customer satisfaction on every interaction
