What will you be doing?

• You will work with our world-class clients, ranging from startups to enterprise software and distinguished internet companies, to ensure that we find the best available talent in the market.
• Develop and implement comprehensive hiring strategies for niche and senior positions in competitive talent pools.
• Generate leads by utilizing networking, direct sourcing, and other innovative methods to engage with candidates and building relationships.
• Stay updated with the latest industry news and trends to identify potential experts who align with the interests of our clients.
• You'll utilize more than just LinkedIn for deeper research techniques and strategies to find pools of talent and convey those insights back to the hiring team.
• Proactively reach out to approximately 20 prospective candidates each day, using various methods, to build a strong candidate pipeline.
