Job Description – RM & ASM | BL & LAP | Gujarat

Locations : Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Mehsana, Rajkot, Surat, Gandhidham, Ankleshwar

CTC : RM – Up to 6 LPA | ASM – Up to 18 LPA

We are hiring Relationship Managers (RM) and Area Sales Managers (ASM) for a reputed NBFC across multiple locations in Gujarat.

Role Highlights :

Drive sales of Business Loans (Ticket Size up to 50 Lakhs) and Loan Against Property (Ticket Size up to 5 Cr)

Source new customers through channel partnerships, DSA connect, and self-sourcing

Handle client meetings, credit coordination, and end-to-end disbursal process

Ensure portfolio quality and timely collections

Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships

Who Can Apply :

2–6 years of experience in LAP / BL sales for RM

6–10+ years of experience for ASM (with team handling preferred)

Prior NBFC / BFSI sales experience is a must

Knowledge of the local market and geography is highly preferred
