As we expand our Enterprise Customer Success operations throughout APAC, we are seeking a talented Business Consultant with experience in the Construction industry, proficient in both Japanese and English, to join our dynamic team.

Industry experience in either working directly for or delivering consulting services to Japanese construction companies is essential for the role. As a Business Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to develop their digital strategies, define criteria for success, assess current processes and project performance, create business value justification for initiatives, and prepare to implement solutions that produce meaningful business results.

The role requires a focus on :

• Technology solution definition
• Technology implementation and change management approaches
• Commercial proposal development
• Creating and maintaining high value client relationships based on your ability to solve their business challenges
