Role Overview

We are hiring a senior T24 SME (Temenos) with strong expertise in Conventional and Islamic Banking modules. The SME will play a key role in providing deep-domain guidance, functional validation, and end-to-end support for banking programs in the GCC region. The position requires a strong command over T24 functionality and the ability to mentor testing teams and business users.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership across T24 Conventional and Islamic Banking modules.
• Work with business and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Support SIT, UAT, and BAU activities through domain expertise.
• Conduct training sessions for QA teams and guide testers on complex banking flows.
• Collaborate with GCC-region business users, providing clarifications, support, and knowledge transfer.
• Assist in customer migration exercises, especially Conventional to Islamic migration (preferred).
• Prepare comprehensive documentation including business rules, workflows, and validation scenarios.
• Lead analysis for change requests, enhancements, and BAU issues.
