Webs Optimization Software Solutions seeks a passionate and driven Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team and help fuel our growth!

About our Software (Callyzer) :

Callyzer is call monitoring and lead management software which is help the business to monitor there sales team and marketing team like how many calls has been done by the team like number of incoming, outgoing, missed call, rejected etc.

Also, with features like insightful dashboards, lead management, and employee monitoring, Callyzer makes it easier to analyze calling data, manage remote teams, and improve overall team productivity.

Position : Jr. Customer Support Executive (Only Females)

Location : Ahmadabad, Gujarat (Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm)

Experience Required : 0 years to 1 year

Work Mode : In-office

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, or social media.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

Problem Resolution

  • Identify customer issues and investigate thoroughly to offer effective solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Customer Satisfaction

  • Build positive relationships with customers by being empathetic, patient, and professional.
  • Actively seek feedback to improve service and enhance customer experience.
  • Technical Support

  • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical problems or guide them in using products and services effectively.
  • Documentation

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Prepare reports on customer feedback and recurring issues to help improve processes.
  • Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
