Sales and Operations Head

Position : Sales & Operations Head (AGM Level)

Location : Pattambi Kerala

Salary Range : 60000 – 80000 per month

Experience : Minimum 10 years in Plywood / Multiwood industry

Region Handling : Entire Kerala

Key Requirements :

Proven experience in sales and operations management within the plywood or multiwood sector

Strong leadership skills with experience managing statewide operations

Ability to drive sales growth manage distribution channels and lead a large sales team

Expertise in market expansion dealer network development and operations planning

Strong communication negotiation and decision-making skills
