Job Description :
Technical Manager for Oracle MOM Integrations, Oracle Data Integrations, Oracle Analytics and Data Conversion.
Responsibilities : Drive the success of Oracle data integration and analytics teams through effective leadership, mentorship, and a focus on high performance. Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL processes for Oracle Merchandising Operations Management (MOM), Oracle EBS and Oracle Analytics Reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stores team, oracle database team and infrastructure and software engineers, to meet data needs. Ensure adherence to agile practices, design thinking, good software development practices. Ensure adherence to DevOps practices, CI / CD principles and ensuring complete automation of software deployment, releases and security practices. Functional integration knowledge on Oracle Merchandising Operations Management is an advantage.
Technical Skills Required : 10+ years of experience in managing enterprise integration team and should have past experience in onshore and offshore working model. 5+ years of experience in any one of the ETL tools, ODI, Informatica or Data Stage. Technical background in one or more of the following, ODI, OBIEE, PL / SQL, Linux / Unix, ETL tools. Ability to manage technical staff, including guidance and support for troubleshooting incidents. Involved in gathering the requirements, performing scope analysis and identifying gaps. Developed Database Objects - Triggers, Packages, Procedures and functions. Developed Mappings using various transformations like connected / unconnected Lookups, Filter, Router, Aggregator, Expression, Stored procedure, Sequence -Generator, Update strategy and Joiners etc. depending upon requirement. Used ODI designer to create projects and release scenarios.
Soft Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams. Ability to work effectively with internal departmental members and peers from other departments. Must demonstrate the capacity and desire for continued, independent learning. Excellent organization, time management / prioritization and follow-up skills. Excellent customer relations, facilitation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple activities / projects.
Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of work experience in IT industry with at least 5 years of experience in Oracle MOM ERP integrations which includes ReSA / Purchase Order / Invoices / Transfers / GLIE / Reporting etc. Experience with Oracle MOM Functionality is preferred.
