• Design and develop custom CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM .
• Configure and implement workflows , business process flows , custom entities , and plugins .
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems and third-party applications .
• Troubleshoot, support, and enhance existing CRM applications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver module-specific solutions .
• Ensure best practices in configuration, customization, and deployment of CRM systems.
