Job descriptionTo maintain the integrity of assets of Liquid Terminal such as Jetty area, Dock lines, Structures, Tank farms, TLFs, Pumps, compressors, burners; N2 Plant; chiller plant etc. To ensure workplace safety in line with organization safety policy. To ensure compliance in system e.g. Gensuit; Legatrix etc. and to take actions in defined time. To carry out job safety analysis & ensure risk mitigation plan. Overall OPEX & CAPEX project management including reviewing engineering scope documents; drawing and cost estimate. To ensure completion of project within stipulated time without compromising quality. To facilitate innovations, new products and improved methods to enhance operational efficiency; safety & quality. To ensure compliance of overall maintenance by Daily; Weekly; Monthly or yearly plans as per established process. To facilitate root cause analysis of repetitive failures & ensure implementation of improvement action. To ensure action plan to minimize MTTR and maximize MTBF. To ensure availability and reliability of Utility system. To ensure fitness of terminal in line with routine internal & external audit or assessment such as (IMS; SMS, COE; 5S; PESO; Factory Inspection; customer visit etc.) in coordination with different stakeholders. Review and monitor to ensure that maintenance plans are implemented to minimize any negative business impacts, such as demurrages, dead-freight, penalties, energy consumption & asset damages.
Education Qualification
- B. E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum experience of 12 to 16 yrs.; preferably in chemical tank farm / chemical / petrochemical industries / Port sector.
- Experience in project management & maintenance of chemical tank farm's equipment & infrastructure (such as Tanks, Pipeline, Pumps, Valves, Compressors, Burners, N2 plants, FMS system, chiller plant & associated automation etc.) will be preferred.
- Knowledge of all regulatory & compliance standards such as API 650, 653, 570 standards. OISD STD- 05, 119, 120, 122, 129, 130, 140, 244, PESO guidelines, Factory Act etc.
