Role Overview
This is a quota-carrying sales leadership role focused on selling $ 500 K+ transformation consulting programs to C-level executives in the U.S. You will play a pivotal role in building the sales process from scratch, driving new business across mid-sized manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and logistics clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound sales campaigns targeting U.S. mid-market companies.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing high-ticket consulting deals.
- Partner with the CEO and delivery leaders to shape the go-to-market strategy.
- Build sales collateral, develop pipeline reporting, and establish CRM hygiene.
- Experiment with pricing, positioning, and pilot strategies to accelerate deal velocity.
- Deliver revenue targets while upholding client-centric consultative sales practices.
What Were Looking For
8+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS or consulting services to U.S. based clients.Strong preference for candidates who were early AEs or sales leads at a startup.Demonstrated ability to close $100K$1M enterprise deals.Hands-on knowledge of MEDDPICC, value-based selling, and long-cycle deal orchestration.Excellent communication skills and proven CRM discipline.Willingness to work U.S. time zones (start ~4 AM IST, MonFri).A degree from IIM, IIT, or an equivalent Tier-1 institute is preferred.Self-starter with strong project management and follow-through discipline.Familiarity with CFO personas, billing systems, or transformation / automation is a plus.Prior entrepreneurial experience or ownership mindset strongly preferred.Why Join Leaderbolt?
