Job Title : Non IT Recruiter (Freelancer)

Location : REMOTE, India

Job Description :

• Source and screen candidates for non-IT roles using job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment databases.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define candidate personas.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and offer negotiations.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline for high-volume or recurring roles.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics (TAT, CV-to-interview ratio, etc.) and prepare reports.
• Manage vendor relationships and recruitment agencies when required.
• Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions.
