Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Financial Systems Manager to support and enhance our enterprise financial systems, with a primary focus on Oracle Financials and its integrations with Salesforce and other third-party systems.
This role will collaborate closely with the Finance, Accounting, and Salesforce teams, as well as a global user community, to drive system improvements, ensure operational excellence, and support the company's financial technology landscape.
What Youll Do :
Oracle Financials System Management :
- Lead and support all Oracle Financial system changes including design documentation, implementation, testing, and preparation of supporting Collaboration :
- Participate in technical discussions and define requirements for projects that interface with Oracle and other financial applications such as Salesforce.
Business Process Automation :
Provide expertise in design, development, and deployment of business process automation using Oracle tools and workflows.Reporting & Analytics :
Build custom financial and operational reports for cross-functional teams; partner with data teams to guide Oracle object relationships for reporting.System Administration :
Perform administration tasks in Oracle and related systems including user roles, configurations, and scheduled processes.Training & Documentation :
Create process flow documentation and assist in user training as needed to ensure smooth adoption of system enhancements.API & Integration Guidance :
Partner with development teams to provide guidance on Oracle and Salesforce API usage and data integration best practices.SOX & Audit Compliance :
Work closely with internal audit teams to ensure compliance with SOX and internal system controls.Helpdesk & Issue Management :
Manage financial systems helpdesk tickets, escalate complex issues, and coordinate with the appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution.Incident Management :
Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis for system issues, implementing remediations and maintaining clear communication with business stakeholders.Support Third-party Systems :
Provide support for third-party financial applications as they interact with Oracle and other platforms.Operational Excellence :
Maintain and improve process documentation, ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency across systems.Stakeholder Communication :
Communicate effectively with internal customers and senior leadership on status, risks, and emerging issues.Required Skills & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, or Finance6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Financials (EBS or Cloud / Fusion)Experience with Salesforce integration with financial systemsStrong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and validationExperience with SOX control environments and audit supportExperience with helpdesk ticketing systems and end-user supportStrong understanding of the system development life cycle (SDLC)Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience in global business environmentsPreferred Qualifications :
