Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Graphic Designer based in Bengaluru. The Assistant Graphic Designer will collaborate with teams to create visually compelling graphics, assist in branding initiatives, design logos, and develop typography concepts. The role involves working closely with the design team on various creative projects to enhance the organization’s visual communication and branding.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop engaging and brand-consistent designs for IES’s marketing, promotional, and educational materials.
• Create social media graphics, digital advertisements, brochures, flyers, presentations, banners, and other visual assets.
• Collaborate with the Content and Social Media team to conceptualize and execute campaigns that align with IES’s branding strategy.
• Design layouts and templates for website pages, newsletters, and email campaigns.
• Enhance and edit images for use across digital and print platforms.
• Develop branding materials to maintain a strong visual identity across all IES platforms.
• Work on video editing, animation, and motion graphics for promotional and educational content.
• Create and edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Add captions, effects, and transitions to enhance video content.
• Design thumbnails and infographics to increase digital engagement.
• Coordinate with print vendors to ensure high-quality production of promotional materials.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and ed-tech industry standards to ensure fresh and innovative designs.

Requirements :
