Team Lead- Taxation

Key skills and knowledge :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Banking operations & Taxation (European Market preferred)
• Must have deep knowledge of the German Tax Framework (e.G., Abgeltungsteuer, Sparerpauschbetrag) / European Taxations and a practical understanding of tax rules for various capital market instruments.
• Adept at explaining complex numbers and processes.
• Should be willing to work in shifts along with the team in customer business time
• Should be a good team player with willingness to learn and drive the new hires.
