Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned and driven professional to head our client servicing division. This role entails leading a high-performing team, ensuring the flawless delivery of events, and managing end-to-end P&L responsibilities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in business growth, client engagement, and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen existing client relationships while actively driving new business opportunities
- Conceptualize innovative event solutions tailored to client briefs and strategic objectives
- Manage project budgets from planning through execution
- Oversee profit and loss performance across all projects
- Handle day-to-day operational and administrative responsibilities to ensure seamless project execution
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a team within the client servicing function
Profile Requirements
Minimum of 18 years of experience in client servicing and business development within the events industryExtensive market knowledge and a strong track record in a similar leadership rolePreferred Skills
A results-driven, well-organized team leaderDemonstrated ability in business development with a focus on client acquisition and market expansionSkilled in creating compelling presentations and delivering them to senior-level stakeholdersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
