Position Summary : We are seeking an experienced Investment Strategy Manager with a strong track record in developing and executing data-driven investment frameworks. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in investment strategy, portfolio construction, or strategy consulting, and will be adept at translating complex market and business insights into clear, actionable plans.You will partner closely with senior leadership, product teams, and finance to translate insights into actionable initiatives and keep the organization aligned on our long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy Development and Execution

  • Business Growth : Identify and prioritize expansion opportunities, new market-entry strategies, and product innovation roadmaps.
  • Asset Portfolio Growth : Oversee optimization and scaling of our AI product portfolio to ensure maximum ROI and strategic fit.
  • Market Analysis : Lead comprehensive research efforts to map out competitive landscapes, customer needs, and emerging industry trends.

Corporate Strategy Development

  • Holding Company Strategy : Formulate an overarching corporate strategy that defines long-term goals, investment priorities, and subsidiary synergies.
  • Business-Level Strategies : Design targeted strategic plans for each business unit to address sector-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Strategic Alignment : Ensure seamless integration of business-unit strategies with the corporate vision and shared objectives.

  • Performance Metrics : Establish clear, quantifiable KPIs to measure progress against strategic goals.
  • Milestone Planning : Create detailed project plans outlining critical deliverables, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Performance Tracking : Monitor results, prepare regular performance reports, and recommend corrective actions as Thinking
