Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and analyzing market trends. Daily tasks include developing and executing business strategies, networking with potential partners, negotiating deals, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve growth targets. The role also involves creating and delivering presentations, attending industry events, and contributing to the overall business development plan.

• Experience in identifying and developing business opportunities
• Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform business strategies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in the hospitality or F&B industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in relevant business development tools and software
