About us :  Gumazing, a health-focused brand under Eternal Mark, is seeking an experienced Global Regulatory Compliance Specialist to ensure our supplements and nutraceuticals meet international regulatory standards. This role will act as a liaison between our factories and distributors, ensuring compliance and smooth communication across global markets.

Job Summary :

The Global Regulatory Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring our supplement products are compliant with international regulations, particularly dealing with food and drug authorities. The ideal candidate will have experience with supplement product registration and regulatory affairs across global markets, along with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities :

• Liaison : Serve as the main point of contact between factories and distributors for regulatory matters.
• Compliance : Ensure products adhere to international standards and stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Label Verification : Verify product labels and artwork for regulatory accuracy.
• Documentation : Maintain and report on compliance records.
• Collaboration : Work with internal teams to resolve regulatory issues.
• Problem Resolution : Address and resolve any compliance concerns.
• Regulatory Updates : Keep up with new regulations and requirements for supplement registrations.
