Consultant - Public Policy & Governance - (Judiciary / BNSS / CCTNS) Project the Role

As a Consultant in our Public Sector Advisory vertical, you will play a pivotal role in supporting national and state-level initiatives focused on BNSS (Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita) compliance and integration across the Judiciary, Police, and CCTNS platforms. You will bridge the gap between policy formulation and on-ground implementation, helping ensure that new legal provisions and governance processes are seamlessly translated into digital workflows.

The ideal candidate is comfortable operating at the intersection of policy, technology, and stakeholder management, with strong analytical and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide subject matter expertise on CCTNS, Judiciary, and BNSS-related reforms.
• Lead process mapping and gap analysis of judicial and policing workflows for system integration.
• Draft BNSS-aligned SOPs, policy notes, and compliance frameworks to guide departments and implementation partners.
• Identify process risks, governance gaps, and develop control indicators for effective monitoring and reporting.
• Facilitate consultations and workshops with Police, Judiciary, NIC, and other government stakeholders.
• Support the development of digital dashboards and policy performance tracking tools in collaboration with IT teams.
• Contribute to knowledge papers, reports, and advisory documentation supporting institutional reforms and digital governance strategies.
